- Scope 3: Category 5: Waste generated in operations is reported as 0 tCO2e as all waste from our business process is 100% recycled by TECHUT IT Asset Disposal – Reliable, affordable and fully certified – Tec Hut
- Scope 3: Category 9: Downstream transportation and distribution is reported as 0 tCO2e as we currently do not have any emissions in this category; however, we remain committed to transparent reporting and will disclose any future emissions if they arise.

Emissions Reduction Targets
To achieve Net Zero by 2045, we have set the following interim targets:
- 2025: Reduce Scope 2 emissions by 15% and Scope 3 emissions by 10%.
- 2030: Reduce Scope 2 emissions by 30% and Scope 3 emissions by 25%.
- 2035: Reduce Scope 2 emissions by 50% and Scope 3 emissions by 40%.
- 2040: Achieve 75% reduction in both Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions.
- 2045: Achieve Net Zero across all scopes.
Carbon Reduction Projects
- Transition to Renewable Energy:
- Objective: Transition to 100% renewable energy sources for all office locations by 2025.
- Current status: Since we do not control the building and our rent includes all utilities, our landlord has provided us with the details of the utility provider, who is confirmed to be a Green supplier for commercial supplies.

- Install solar panels on office buildings where feasible.
- Enhanced Energy Efficiency:
- Objective: Improve energy efficiency within our offices and data centers.

- Objective: Reduce carbon emissions from business travel.

- Objective: Reduce emissions associated with employee commuting.
- Actions:
- Encourage remote working and flexible hours.
- Provide incentives for using public transport, cycling, or walking.
- Waste Management and Recycling:
- Objective: Ensure zero waste to landfill and promote recycling.
- Actions:
- Partner with certified recycling companies like TECHUT IT Asset Disposal.
- Implement a comprehensive recycling program in all offices.
- Supply Chain Engagement:
- Objective: Engage with suppliers to reduce emissions throughout the supply chain.

Declaration and Sign Off
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard[1] and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting[2].
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard[3].
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
